Learn how to make a piped-scatter cushion with a concealed zip. On this course you will learn how to make your own bias binding and turn this into piping to trim a scatter cushion. We will also be using a concealed zip to give a professional finish to your work.

What you will need to bring:

Sewing machine with concealed zipper foot and piping foot or standard zipper foot. (if you need to use one of ours please let us know when you book).

1m of woven fabric.

2m piping cord size 4 .

Concealed zip (40cm).

Matching thread.

A basic sewing kit – scissors, pins tape measure etc – we do have a supply of these if you need to use ours.

20 in cushion insert for you finished cushion.

Level:

A basic knowledge of sewing with a sewing machine is needed.
