A simple project provides you with the skills to make your own crochet garments. With this course you will learn the basics of crochet and take these on to create your very own crocheted garment. 

What you will learn: Crochet in a round, reading pattern, chain, treble crochet, changing the colours (optional), joining different parts to assemble a garment with the needle, following pattern. UK and US terminology compared.

What you will need: 7mm or 9mm crochet hook, chunky or super chunky yarn one, two or more colours (your choice) approx- 450-400 m in total. Recommend: Women’s Institute Soft and Chunky Yarn 100g=110m, 5 balls of the main colour, if knitted in one colour)

Skills requirement: treble crochet mastery, you need to know the basics of crochet & know how to treble crochet.

Myself and my daughter came in to choose a pattern to get us back into sewing again.
