Your Complete Wardrobe Sewing Course

£165.00

This series of workshops is based around four of the five core garments in the book by Lotta Jansdotter “Everyday Style”. They are designed to attract beginner sewers who have been to the “Getting to Know Your Sewing Machine” or those sewers who are comfortable with the workings of a sewing machine and would like to learn or relearn the basics of sewing. Over the course of four days, you will make a simple yet attractive and wearable wardrobe.

You will learn how to insert a zip, attach bias binding, sew a waistband and insert an armhole as well as glean other important skills to get you going in sewing. You will make four garments and once you have made these, you will want to make them again and again, all year round, in different types of fabric.

We will supply the book, “Everyday Style” if you are doing the full course but if you are only choosing one of the workshops you will need to buy this book. You can choose to come to individual workshops or come to all four for a reduced price. Lotta explains in the book that the cottons of the type sold in the shop are ideal for making the clothes she has designed and with 15% off fabrics in make, this is perfect!
